What is Parent Focus?

We are an independent social enterprise with an ambitious aim to make Britain more family friendly.

  • We offer support services to professionals, companies and organisations to help them meet parents needs.

  • We support parent groups directly

Our approach is a practical one. We run a monthly omnibus of parents, conducted face to face by parents to parents. So if you want to know what parents think about any given subject we can find out quickly (and pretty cheaply!)

We offer technological support to groups of parents and the any professionals working with or for parents. How does that work? Well, imagine you are a group of professionals working in different settings wanting to share information regularly and easily. We create a private space which allows you to upload documents, hold online meetings and create and join in online discussions. We charge a nominal fee for each organisation joining the forum – so if you have a group of 10 settings or organisations wanting to keep in touch each one can join up and stay in touch.

Or perhaps you are a parent group and you want to be able to exchange information online but you don’t have the resources to have a website with that much functionality – and even if you do you don’t want to worry about moderating online discussions or producing monthly online newsletters. We provide a service for you too.
