What makes the research we offer to business special? We use all the regular methods – qualitative and quantitative – and we analyse the results just as other market research companies do. The difference is our starting place.
We develop a research package which will help you to really get it right for families. We can help you to create a process which asks the right questions to the right parents in the right way. We’ll tell you if evidence already exists about parental views so that your budget focuses on the issues that will differentiate your product or service. We’ll also put you in touch with organisations that work with parents in different contexts if we think that will help.

Quality time
Center Parcs asked Parent Focus to find out from families what constituted ‘quality time’. We ran focus groups with parents and conducted a poll to work out what families enjoyed. The results enabled them to develop even more family-friendly holidays.
